Issue
I want to cancel my subscription but cannot locate the cancellation option in my account.
Resolution
Orgs on Self-serve plans can cancel the plan by navigating to the Subscription Overview page by selecting Settings > Subscription from the left-hand nav menus.
By selecting "Manage Plan" in the upper righthand corner of this page - from the Manage Subscription page select "Cancel Subscription

However, if you’re not seeing the option to cancel the plan, that's probably because your org is already on the free Developer plan. If you check the Subscription Overview page and see “Developer” listed, there’s nothing to cancel. This indicates that the org is already on the free plan.
