Issue
My bill is higher than the basic plan amount every month, I can see pay-as-you-go charges but I don't know how to turn pay-as-you-go off. How do I prevent additional charges?

- Customers on a paid plan that incur pay-as-you-go charges.
Resolution
- Navigate to your organization's Subscription Overview page and scroll to the bottom card with a title of "Pay-as-you-go Budgets":
- Click the "Edit" button, set the budget to $0 and click "Save":
