Resolution
Please contact Sentry Support and provide proof of organization ownership by including:
- last 4 digits of payment card on file
- or, a copy of a recent invoice from the organization
After this verification, we can switch your SSO domain for you. Please keep in mind that if we swap the domain, you will only be able to log in with your new email addresses and not the old ones, so make sure that you have access to the new email addresses beforehand.
