We are in the process of changing our email domains or changed our email domains and are locked out of Sentry.

Resolution
Using Google Domain
Please contact Sentry Support and provide proof of organisation ownership by including:
- last 4 digits of payment card on file & the card expiry date, or
- a copy of a recent invoice from the organization
After this verification, we can switch your SSO domain for you. Please keep in mind that if we swap the domain, you will only be able to log in with your new email addresses and not the old ones, so make sure that you have access to the new email addresses beforehand.
Using other domain
You will need to disable the current auth setup and set it up again.
