Issue
I am on a plan that is using Performance Units (or Transactions) for pricing instead of Spans. I want to take advantage of the Span-based pricing listed here: https://sentry.io/pricing/

- Any Sentry Customer on a Legacy plan
Resolution
In order to transition from a legacy plan to our latest plans (that use Span-based pricing) you will need to take the following steps:
- Downgrade your account to our free Developer plan.
- Wait until the end of the billing cycle for the downgrade to take effect.
- Once the downgrade has taken effect, you may then resubscribe to one of our latest plans.
Note: When moving to a Developer plan (which has 30d data retention policy) there is a risk that data from prior to 30d ago will not be retained if you wait too long to upgrade following the plan change.
