Issue
My bill is higher than the basic plan amount every month, I can see on-demand charges but I don't know how to turn on-demand off. How do I prevent additional charges?
Applies To
- Customers on a paid plan that incur on-demand charges.
Symptoms
- Receipts contain a line-item(s) that reference on-demand data category charges.
- Receipts are more than the platform amounts (ex. $29, $89, or some other amount that includes pre-purchased quota)
Resolution
- Navigate to your organization's Subscription Overview page and scroll to the bottom card with a title of "Settings":
- Click the "Edit" button, set the budget to $0 and click save
