Issue
I have a Member or Admin role in the organization and I clicked on the Request Additional Quota button on the Subscription page.

- All paying Customers
- Users with Admin/Member/Manager role
Resolution
Only users who have Billing or Owner roles can modify the quota. When you send a request as an Admin / a Manager / a Member, that won't change anything in the subscription, it will only send a notification to Owners/Billing users that you'd like to request a change.
We would never change your subscription without the explicit permission coming from Owner/Billing members.
Sentry Support cannot cancel this request, but you can reach out to these members on the Members Page if you wish to clarify your request by going to Settings > Members.
