Issue
I have a Member or Admin role in the organization and I clicked on the Request Additional Quota button on the Subscription page.
Applies To
- All paying Customers
- Users with Admin/Member role
Resolution
Only users who have Billing or Owner roles can modify the quota. When you send a request as an Admin / a Member, that won't change anything in the subscription, it will only send a notification to Owners/Billing users that you'd like to request a change.
We would never change your subscription without the explicit permission coming from Owner/Billing members.
