Issue
It is not possible to add an additional domain to a Sentry Organisation's Google SSO configuration from the Sentry UI.
Applies To
- Organisations with Team subscription, or greater.
- Organisations using Google SSO.
Symptoms
- Users with an email associated with a domain other than the one listed in the Google SSO configuration cannot login to the Sentry Organisation with Google SSO.
Resolution
To add, or swap, the domains listed in a Sentry Organisation's Google SSO configuration:
- Contact Sentry Support
- Provide proof of organisation ownership:
- the last 4-digits of the credit card on file & the card expiry date, or
- a copy of a recent invoice from the organisation
