Issue
I no longer want to use the Seer feature and would like to remove it from my current plan.
Applies To
All paid customers on a legacy Seer pricing.
Resolution
If you were subscribed to Seer before February 2026, you are likely on legacy Seer pricing, which is $20/month per Sentry subscription, plus $25 worth of Seer event credits.
To disable Seer, go to Settings > Subscription > Manage Subscription > Step 1, choose your plan, click on the dropdown, then click on "Added to Plan."
It will change to "Add to Plan", indicating it has been unsubscribed.
Note: If you only want to disable Seer Automation, you can do so by going to your Settings > Seer Automation
