I'm wondering if there is a way to receive a notification when feedback has been received.

Resolution
Yes, you can set up alerts for when you receive user feedback. You would have to go to Alerts > Create Alert > Issues > Set Conditions. On the IF conditions, choose "The issue's category is equal to Feedback", and then whichever WHEN and THEN conditions you prefer.
If you are using the Crash Report Modal or User Feedback API, you need to enable Crash Report Notifications in Project Settings -> User Feedback.
