Issue
I have set up Uptime alerts, but I cannot add an action to make it notify me in my chosen integration.

Resolution
It is actually possible to have Uptime notifications in your selected integration! To do this, configure an issue alert and choose the issue category "Uptime". Then choose how you'd like to be notified (via via email, Slack, and so on).
