My email address is currently unverified, I want to make sure it is verified to make sure everything will work as expected.

Please visit this page. You can log in here with your primary email address and a password (if you don't know the password, you can use the 'Lost your password?' option or request a new one here). Here, you'll be able to verify all of your unverified email addresses by clicking on the 'Resend verification' button.
After this, you should receive an email from Sentry to confirm your email address - after clicking on the Confirm button in the email, the unverified tag will disappear from the email address, meaning that the email address in question is now verified.
