Can you extend my trial for a few months?
Applies To
- Customers on any plan
- Customers wanting to go on a Business plan trial
Resolution
Support will extend trials as a one-time courtesy for paying and non-paying customers who need some additional time to evaluate the product. The trial extensions are for 14 days.
If you are looking at a longer evaluation period and think you might be a candidate for one of our Enterprise plans, please email sales@sentry.io or contact them here.
Requesting a Business Trial while on a Team plan:
If your org is on the Team plan and decides to start a Business trial, you will use your current quota (you won't have an uncapped quota), but you will have access to the Business plan features.
