Issue
We are currently on an annual contract and would like to switch to monthly billing for our upcoming renewal.

Resolution
You can switch to a monthly billing by going to Settings > Subscription > Manage Subscription.
In the checkout flow, continue to Step 4 and select 'Monthly'. From there, continue to Step 7 to verify and confirm your changes.
Please note that the change will only take effect at the end of your current annual contract. Pay attention to Step 7 to see the exact date it will happen.
