We are currently on an annual contract and would like to switch to monthly billing for our upcoming renewal.

Resolution
You can switch to a monthly billing by going to Settings > Subscription > Manage Subscription.
In the checkout flow, continue to Step 4 and select 'Monthly'.
From there, continue to Step 7 to verify and confirm your changes.
Please note that our system processes upgrades immediately and downgrades at the end of billing cycles or contract terms: this means that your switch from Annual billing to monthly billing will be scheduled immediately following your renewal date.
Pay attention to Step 7 where we indicate when your plan changes will take effect.
