I saw that the Team plan can be purchased for $26/month and the Business plan is $80/month, but I can only see an option to purchase it for $29/month and $89/month.

You can only get the $80/month and the $26/month price if you commit to an annual plan.
For the Team plan, that's $312/year and for the Business it's $960/year. If you decide to have an annual plan, you need to pay in advance in a lump sum. If you only want to have the monthly plan, the cheapest Team plan will cost $29/month and the Business plan will be $89/month.
