How do I handle requests that I receive from my end-users related to personal data I have configured to collect and report to my Sentry instance? How do I go about deleting their data from Sentry?

Resolution
We ask that you please utilize the various functionalities Sentry makes available to customers to search and make changes to (including delete) the data you submit to Sentry.
You should take into account your specific configuration of Sentry, which gives you full control over what data, including any personal data, you submit to Sentry.
Other considerations:
We have various built-in functionality, including data scrubbers to minimize the personal data you send to Sentry (you can read more about it in our GDPR guide), and
Your data retention period is between 30 and 90 days depending on your plan & the quota category.

Note: it is not possible to scrub a single field on an event or change the value of an event after that event is processed - it is only possible to delete events by the various means provided to you in the UI.
