Issue
I have credit on my account to cover the cost of my subscription but I cannot sign up without adding a credit card. Will I be charged on my card instead of using my account's credit?

Resolution
You are required to add a credit card to your account before you can add a new subscription.
If you have any open credit we will draw from the credit first before charging your card and you can view this on the Plan Summary within the Manage Plan page:
