When we surpass our quota limit, will Sentry begin consuming that on-demand spend without interruption?

Resolution
On-demand allows Sentry organizations to continue to ingest events for data categories where the quota limit has already been reached without interruption. This allows you to pay only for what you have used in a month instead of having to guess ahead what you think your needs might be.
