We want both EU and US data servers under one account/organization.

Issue

Is it possible to have both our EU and US organizations billed under then one subscription?

• All customers on any plan

Resolution

This is not possible. One data center is linked to one organization.

 

This would require separate organizations/subscriptions.
The data center (US or EU) is selection on org creation and this cannot be changed.
