My credit card was charged but an invoice was not received at the organizations billing emails.

Resolution
If you are an Owner or Billing member it is possible to email yourself a copy of any receipt from Invoice Details page. The link to the Invoice Details page for recent receipts can be found in the application here.
If you still have not received your receipt after entering your email in the field pictured above and select Email Receipt, you'll want to attempt a secondary email address. It's possible that the billing email on file is on our Bounce List because a previous attempt at sending email to it has failed.
You must contact support to have your email removed from the bounce list, you can contact us here.
