I tried to pay for the subscription but my card got declined.

Resolution
If a card is declined, the only way to resolve this is to reach out to your card-issuing bank to look at the transaction and determine why it was declined. You should provide the bank with the charge amount, date/time, and the company name for assistance.
Our payment provider, Stripe is not given any additional information beyond the decline code and we cannot provide insight into why the card was declined.
