Issue
The quota limit has been reached and and on-demand budget has been set up.
Despite this budget, no additional errors, transactions, or other events are received.

- Organizations that have subscribed annually, up front
Symptoms
- Adding additional reserved quota may allow new events but events will never be applied to on-demand.
Resolution
This can happen for organizations where the annual subscription was purchased up front but a subsequent monthly charge for on-demand usage has failed. Please review any receipts that are failed or awaiting payment. A failed receipt that is closed can be re-opened by the contacting support.
