Users would like to select their Microsoft Teams Tenant as an destination for Alert rule notifications.

- MS Teams (Microsoft Tenant) appears as an option to notify on Metric Alerts, but doesn't show up as an option for Issue Alerts

MS Teams Tenants are not yet supported for Issue Alerts and not officially supported for Metric Alerts.
