Will Seer actually automatically create these PRs or do I need to go on the issue panel and click on the fix with Seer button to make it happen?

Seer can automatically create pull requests to fix issues, but only if you enable and configure the automation settings for your project. In each project's settings, you can turn on automatic issue scans, set the minimum actionability score for automated fixes, and choose how far Seer should go, ranging from just finding the root cause, to generating code changes, and even opening PRs automatically.
If you do not enable this automation, you would need to manually initiate the fix by clicking the "fix with Seer" button in the issue panel.
So, with the right configuration, Seer can handle the process end-to-end without manual intervention, but manual triggering is also available if you prefer more control
