Issue
How come I see --
as the value for some tags in my Issue's Event Highlights, but when I look at the right side bar on the All Tags section, all these tags have actual values?

Resolution
The sidebar shows a summary of information for all events within the Issue. It can happen that the current event that you're looking at does not have values for certain tags, while other events do. This is expected behavior.
If you scroll further down in the middle of your Issue details, you will find the current event's "Tags" section, and you will see that the tag values, or lack thereof, match what you were seeing higher up in the Issue.
