Issue
I have set up ignoreErrors based on this guide, and I have turned on the Inbound Filter for hydration errors. Despite that, I'm still seeing many hydration issues being created in my dashboard. Why is that?

Session Replay is enabled.
Resolution
These hydration issues are related to the "Create Hydration Error Issues" setting found in your project's settings > Replays. These are part of what we call Replay Issues.
A replay issue is an issue detected using captured Session Replay data. If your application is configured with Session Replay, problems will be detected on the server side during replay ingest, and grouped into issues.
More specifically about hydration errors, when you have this setting on in combination with the Hydration Error Inbound Filters, we will use data that comes only from the captured replay session to create the hydration replay issue, which is why it is not affected by your inbound filters or your ignore errors.
Replay issues do not consume error quota.
Disabling this setting will also disable the creation of such issues.
What if I want to to keep these issues but still view only my error issues in my dashboard sometimes?
You can go to the search bar of your Issues tab and filter by issue.category
