I searched for issues with a specific condition, ie. "does not have myCustomTag" or "title is myTitle", but when I click into the resulting issues I see events that don't satisfy the condition.

Resolution
This is happening because the events inside an issue can have differences between each other, including having different tags or titles. Events are automatically grouped together based on these rules, unless you configure your own grouping rules.
Therefore in our example, the search is showing you issues that include events that satisfy your condition. Indeed if we look at the issue, it will have a total of ie. 100 events, but only ie. 10 of them will satisfy the condition.
It is currently not possible to search for issues that are comprised entirely of events that satisfy your condition, so here are 3 workarounds we recommend:
- Make the same search in Discover (available for Trial, Business, and Enterprise plans) to find singular events that satisfy this condition
- Add some custom grouping rules that will group events with this condition in a separate issue, and events without this condition in another
- Simply open one of the resulting issues. If you are using the new issues UI, you will see that your search condition persists, and you are shown only events that satisfy this condition within this issue
