I'm trying to find my organization slug, but I'm not completely sure what that is.

Resolution
The organization slug is included in the URL of your organization. For example, if you use https://myorganization.sentry.io then your slug is myorganization.
You can also find it in your Organization Settings > General Settings > Organization Slug.
