Issue
My issues' titles are not the same as the exception.

Resolution
The issue title always reflects the most recent event in the issue (there might be a few minutes delay to update it). So if you are looking at an older event, it is possible that the event exception and the issue title do not match.
This is expected and intended behaviour.
