We are currently paying a monthly subscription and would like to switch to paying annually.

Resolution
You can switch to an annual plan by going to Settings > Subscription > Manage Subscription. In the checkout flow, continue to Step 4 and the annual term. From there, continue to Step 7 to verify and confirm your changes.
Please note that our system processes upgrades immediately and downgrades at the end of billing cycles or contract terms. Pay attention to Step 7 where we indicate when your plan changes will take effect.
