Why can't I set a higher Recovery Tolerance threshold value in my Cron Monitor?

I can't set a higher Recovery Tolerance value in Cron Monitor configuration

Applies To

• Users of Cron Monitoring

Symptoms

• Users cannot save high threshold times

Resolution

There is a limit on the following values:

• maxRuntime: this value must be less than or equal to 40320
• failureIssueThreshold: this value must be less than or equal to 720
• recoveryThreshold: this value must be less than or equal to 720

Setting a value above the limits will prevent the saving of Cron Monitor options.
