Issue
I have a custom integration that is returning timeouts.

- Anyone using a custom integration, such as a custom API or webhook integration, and experiencing timeouts.
Resolution
To resolve timeouts in custom integrations, the integration should return a response under 1000ms, otherwise, the response is considered a timeout. If the server does not return a response, you will want to ensure all outbound IP addresses are accessible.
It is not possible to customise the timeout period. If you would like this option to be added, please upvote this feature request.
