Issue
Why does it look like the Sentry integration is installed in my GitHub instance, but in the Sentry platform, it still shows as "Not Installed"?
Applies To
- Any Sentry User trying to install/uninstall the GitHub integration
Symptoms
- Sentry may show that the integration isn't installed, yet on GitHub, it appears to be successfully installed.
Resolution
- Uninstall the Sentry integration from the GitHub application settings - https://github.com/settings/installations
- Go through the installation process again through your Sentry organization -> Try in an incognito browser to ensure you're linking to the correct GitHub instance.
