Issue
The customer, after installing the Teams integration cannot set up alerts with the configured Teams instance.

Symptoms
Instead of seeing the prompt mentioned in the docs:

Also, in Issue alerts the "Send Microsoft Teams notification" is not available for the Teams instance.
Resolution
Although
Admin
users can edit global integrations (integration that is available to all projects, which is the case for Microsoft Teams), only Manager
or Owner
have permissions to add a new global integration. They can install the integration but it won't work properly. They need to reach out to a Manager
or Manager
to reinstall the integration.
