Issue
Sentry users with a Member role are unable to unlink JIRA issues from the Issue Details page in Sentry.

Resolution
Grant Members the event:admin scope:
- Navigate to your Organisation Settings in Sentry
- Activate the "Let Members Delete Events" option using the toggle
