Issue
I followed the steps to transfer my projects to another organization and now I don't see them in either organizations.

Resolution
While projects transfer, teams do not, which means that you may not see your projects in the Projects Tab or in the Projects Filter.
Add teams to your projects by going to your Organization's Settings (left side bar) > Projects, [ProjectName] > Project Teams and your issue should be resolved.
