Issue
It is not possible to add an additional domain to a Sentry Organization's Google SSO configuration from the Sentry UI.
Applies To
- Any organization with Team subscription, or greater
- Any organization using Google SSO
Symptoms
- Users with an email associated with a domain other than the one listed in the Google SSO configuration cannot login to the Sentry Organization with Google SSO
Resolution
To add, or swap, the domains listed in a Sentry Organization's Google SSO configuration
- contact Sentry Support
- provide proof of organization ownership
- last 4 digits of payment card on file
- or, a copy of a recent invoice from the organization
